PREFAB ADU
An ADU (Auxiliary Dwelling Unit) can be placed on some R1 zoned properties. This dwelling option has been helping the housing crisis, particularly in California though ordinances and regulations that vary per city.
The cost to build an ADU can be well over $100,000.00 and most prefab ADU’s are over $50,000.00 and will require installation costs above that.
Our goal is to have a long-term ADU that can be rapidly installed for under $50,000.00.
